I download Tansee iPod Transfer Photo. It has helped me copy pictures from my iPod to laptop perfectly.

Whenever you plug your iPod to the computer, this program could display all the iPod photos instantly. You simply select all photos and click "Copy" button. Done.

I think it is the most convenient program that can help transfer pictures from iPod to laptop completely and safely.

You can free download it from

Hope it helps.

Only way that this is possible is if you enabled the option to have full resolution show up on the iPod, which also makes a copy of the photo on the iPod itself. If not unfortunately they are gone.

If you go to google.com you should be able to find something if you type in something like this, "ipod to computer". be careful for virus and stuff though.

P.S. I like the second guy's idea a lot better.
