I think you need to buy a CD for that
say, if your pc is XP you need an Xp CD
i heard it somewhere,not sure sorry
Your ISP is retarded. Use the System Restore tool to restore your system to an earlier period. Find out when you installed that software and restore it before then..
Just Run the OS CD once again and reinstall it, if its Microsoft XP then things gets very user friendly, if you dont have the CD, you will need to get one, it costs some where $30
Try a system restore first.
start->programs->accessories->system tools->system restore.
restore your computer to a date before you installed the software.
You may just need to go to programs>accessories>system tools>system restore. Reinstalling your OS is a last resort option
Hi, You will need your instalation disk, XP. put in CD-rom when the dialouge box appears choose install, you will see a small window top right that says reinstall windows or words to that if you click on the little black arrow the othere option say’s NEW INSTALATION you do not want this as using this option will wipe every thing off your PC all you are trying to do is replace or repair windows it’s self so choose the first option usuall says (recomended) and just go with it. that will leave all your programs intact and replace windows XP.
Hope this help’s
