Import
File/export import/export to file/personal folder, then give a location and name for the file. Make sure you click the top personal folders line and tick the include sub folders box.
Then copy the file to the laptop and file/export import/from program or file/personal folder and browse to the file. You can just copy the address book by clicking on the contacts folder instead of the top line.
